$60 - Food and Wine Tent. Service fees are waived for the first 200 Tickets.
This is a TICKETED Event  and will sell out early. Pre-purchased tickets are highly recommended however, if not sold out, tickets available at the door for $75.00. Sample over 20 restaurants and international wines.

SWEETGRASS FARM TO FORK DINNER BY CHEF LOUIS ROBINSON
2016 HONEYBEE FESTIVAL, BNEFITING FLORIDA STATE BEEKEEPER ASSICIATION 

Sweetgrass Farms announces a locally collaborated farm-to-fork wine dinner and Honeybee Festival in Sarasota, Florida. Chef Louis Robinson will prepare the four course Farm to Fork dinner with locally sourced farm fresh produce and products, creating a menu guests will absolutely love! Each course will be paired with delicious wines hand selected by CCP David Curran.

Guests will be greeted with a grapefruit honey dream cycle cocktail and will have the opportunity to tour this incredible hydroponic farm that opened in early 2015. Guests will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres as they stroll through the lush rows of strawberries and pristine produce. Guests will then be seated at a long feasting table under the stars and treated to an exquisite four course dinner.

1st Course: Fennel Pollen Cured Salmon, baby lettuce, watermelon radish, edible flowers, grape tomatoes, champagne dressing

2nd Course: Sous Vide Swordfish, Mote Marine Caviar, corn cake, mango curry sauce, squid ink habanero hot sauce, honey line orange segments, sunflower shoots

3rd Course: gourmet cheese, candied pecans and local Sarasota Honey course prepared by Chef David Curran, Certified Cheese Professional of the American Cheese Society

4th Course: Honey Comb Shaped White Chocolate Panna Cotta, toasted cashews, lemon gel, berry coulis, honey crisps

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Florida State Beekeeper Association. Their mission is to provide resources for the improvement of Beekeeping using proven techniques and procedures in the management of Honeybees and to share this knowledge with everyone interested in the Art and preservation of Beekeeping. Sweetgrass Farm-to-Fork Wine Dinner Hosted by Marmalade Salon and Boutique - Benefitting Girls Inc Sarasota


Marmalade Salon and Boutique announces a locally collaborated farm-to-fork wine dinner at Sweetgrass Farms in Sarasota, Florida. The four course Farm to Fork dinner will pair locally sourced products with farm fresh produce, creating a menu guests will absolutely love! Each course will be paired with delicious wines hand selected by Chef Paul.

Guests will be greeted with an Orange Marmalade Mint Martini and will have the opportunity to tour this incredible hydroponic farm that opened in early 2015. Guests will enjoy pot roast stuffed baby redskin potatoes and goat cheese bruschetta as they stroll through the lush rows of strawberries and countless rows of pristine produce. Guests will then be seated at a long feasting table under the stars and treated to an exquisite meal.

1st Course: roasted beet stack with herbed goat cheese over baby arugula

2nd Course: Bottarga encrusted local snapper with Sweetgrass Russian kale, pesto butter sauce, fresh lemon, serve with champagne risotto

3rd Course: gourmet cheese, candied pecan and local honey course prepared by Chef David Curran, Certified Cheese Professional of the American Cheese Society

4th course: raspberry lemon daquoise, lemon curd, fresh raspberries, golden meringue with raspberry coulis, white chocolate medallion

Chef Paul Mattison announces a locally-collaborated farm-to-fork wine dinner with Sweetgrass Thursday, April 14, from 6:30pm at Sweetgrass Farms in Sarasota, Florida. This is an opportunity to get a look at this new hydroponic farm that opened early 2015 and enjoy a locally-sourced dinner prepared by Chef Paul Mattison.
